About The Upper Room Outreach Ministries, Inc.

Established in 2004, The Upper Room Outreach Ministries, Inc. is a non-denominational ministry dedicated to Christian-related events and outreach. The ministry evolved into full-time outreach in 2009 with the mission of reaching out to a lost, hurting, and dying humanity through global evangelism, outreach ministry, and fostering unity in the body of Christ.

Leadership:

  • Pastor Samuel and Evangelist Renae Sellers were ordained and installed in 2013 by Apostle James H. Brown. In 2017, the ministry came under the oversight of Apostle Terry Weems, Sr., of Obadiah's Ecclesiastical Alliance. Both are also members of Woman at the Well Transition Center Board of Directors.

Victorious Living Bible Institute (VLBI):

  • Founded on July 25, 2017, VLBI is an accredited Bible institute and college affiliated with Christian Bible Institute and Seminary. Evangelist Renae Sellers serves as the President.

About Pastor Samuel Sellers, III:

  • Graduate of Practical Christianity Institute of Evangelism with degrees in Biblical Christian Counseling and Theology. Actively ministers at Ware County Jail and focuses on creating job opportunities to enhance employability skills.

About Evangelist Renae Sellers:

  • Graduate of Liberty University, Practical Christianity Institute of Evangelism, and Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary with degrees in Psychology, Christian Counseling, Theology, and Theological Studies. Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, Life, Marriage, and Leadership Coach, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, SYMBIS Facilitator, and member of various Christian counseling associations.
